Nursery at Valence

The Nursery at Valence Primary School aims for your child to have the best foundation to their primary education by developing their skills through enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences. We provide a secure environment in which your child will be happy and develop confidence and independence in a warm, friendly and happy atmosphere.

Our school–based nursery proudly offers high-quality early education and childcare for children eligible for the 30 hours free childcare code. Our experienced staff provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, play, and grow. We offer morning sessions which start at 08.30 am and finish at 11.30 am. We also offer full-day sessions, which start at 08.30 am and finish at 3.30 pm.

We aim to work closely with parents /carers to create a positive and supporting partnership.

Session Times

  • 8:30 to 11:30 am at St. George’s Road or Bonham Road
  • 12:30 to 3:30 pm at St. George’s Road or Bonham Road
  • 8:30 to 3:30 pm at St. George’s Road or Bonham Road - limited spaces, further details upon request.

If you do not wish to pay for a school dinner, you are requested to provide a healthy packed lunch.
If you only qualify for 15 hours funding, you are not required to send your child to Nursery for a full day unless you require the extra hours (these extra hours are chargeable).
