The presidents and Mrs Ballard had a wonderful time meeting the nurses and staff on the Tropical Lagoon children's ward to celebrate International Nurses Day.
The children presented their bag of goodies and explored the outdoor play area the ward had. They were also interviewed by one of the hospital's communications worker for the hospital newsletter!
The nurses were so accommodating to us and were pleased to see the children and thankful for their kind gifts. They loved the laminated messages other members of the school council had created for them.
